Data projection: from your laptop computer to an LCD projector
Pre-event demonstrations are available at our shop to test various computer platforms
Determine if the computer is a Windows-based PC or a MAC
Confirm whether or not an internet connection is required
Inquire if computer audio playback is necessary for the audience to hear


Sound Systems: Microphones, Mixers, Amplifiers, Speakers.

Videotape playback
What is the format of the videotape: 1/2" VHS, 1/2" S-VHS, Betacam, 3/4" U-Matic, other?
Does the videotape have SOUND the audience needs to hear or will the presenter narrate over it while the tape is playing back?
