Equipment prices for renting are based on the
length of time the equipment is used and out of our
inventory. It does not include labor, which is an additional charge.
Customer pickup
is also available for most items.
1-hour rates apply
only to events that allow us to set up and retrieve equipment
within a
reasonable
tolerance of one hour.
Student rates apply
to clubs, houses, and student personnel use only

Technician labor is applicable to the delivery, setup, operation,
and return of equipment. It is an
additional charge beyond the rental price of equipment. The minimum
delivery charge is $23.00
We only charge for the actual time accumulated on a job.
